Our flight was cancelled as there was a mechanical problem with the aircraft. We had to go to the United ticket counter and wait for two hours. We were blessed to get a very patient and creative customer service lady named Martina.
Currently we are waiting for a midnight flight to Toronto. We arrive just before six in the morning. We then have about eight hours in the Toronto airport followed by a connection to Houston. From Houston we fly to Guatemala City. We will get to Guatemala city at 9:11pm.
It is going to be a long two days of unexpected travelling, but we know that God has good plans in all things that happen. Pray with us that we will continue in our wonderful team bonding and that God will give us the rest that we need to see Him at work! On the upside, quite a few of us are even excited to step foot in Toronto - as we have never been! How exciting :)
